Chamchagiri or Malapropism?
IBN’s Rajeev Masand to Abhishek Bachchan, about (yawn-shudder-and-yawn) KANK:
Your character portrays an ideal man and perhaps an ideal husband. He is one who loves his wife unconditionally, is betrayed by her and later forgives her and embraces her as a friend.(Except in that scene where he gets violent, breaks plates and kicks the furniture around, I daresay. )
****
And here’s Abhishek on SRK:
I am not presumptuous or precarious enough to think of myself as equal to Shah Rukh yesterday, today or tomorrow.Precarious?
Other words that begin with P: procrastinate, perverse, persimmons, penguin, pink.
Methinks AB Jr is clearly the pineapple of politeness.

Polyester Politeness? Oooh, it makes me think of those lovely MTV/channel V things, you know Nylex Nalini and all that.

Well, Rajeev Masand also used the world “continentiality” in his interview with Priyanka Chopra while discussing relationships between film stars. I have a feeling he might have meant “congeniality”.
We seem to need to show off our vocabulary, such as it is.
